Construction systems include load-bearing masonry, brick faced cavity walls w/CMU back-up, and steel framed with built-up asphalt and standing seam metal roof systems. The facility is fully heated, air-conditioned, and fire suppressed. The estimated price range is between $12,00,000.00 and $1,500,000.00 with completion within 270 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Proposals are due by 4:00 PM on August 28, 1995.
