The contractor shall provide all plant, labor, tools, material, transportation, and equipment necessary to construct a HAZMAT Pharmacy, at March AFB, CA. Work includes, but is not limited to, the following: Provide open-sided 25' wide and 103' long pre-engineered column/roof deck structure; paving, fencing, plumbing, removal, testing and disposal of contaminated soil. SIC code is 1542. The magnitude of construction is $100,000 to $250,000. This solicitation is being considered for 100% set-aside for Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) concerns. Interested SDB concerns shall respond in writing of their intention to bid on this project as a prime contractor, as early as possible, but no later than 11 Aug 95. This notificaton must include a positive statement of eligibility as a small socially and economically disadvantaged business concern. Include evidence of ability to obtain required bonds and specific information which demonstrates the capacity to peform projects of this complexity and magnitude. Businesses located in the local vicinity, Riverside and adjacent couties shall be provided maximum practicable opportunity to participate in this acquisition. If adequate interest from SDB's is not received, the solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis, therefore requests from all interested business concerens will be considered.
