The Missouri National Guard desires a firm fixed price contract for the construction of a single story 45,000 square foot concrete masonry block/brick veneer Armory building, a single story 3,024 square foot brick veneer maintenance training facility, a single story 3,750 square foot metal storage building, and 800 linear feet 8'' sewer extension, a 2,000 linear feet 8'' water main extension, and approximately 18,000 square yards of paving with associated work. Work includes but is not limited to earthwork, storm drainage, landscaping, concrete and asphalt paving, concrete structures, structural metal framing, brick and block masonry, rough and finish carpentry, thermal and moisture protection and membrane and metal roofing, carpet, vinyl and ceramic tile, specialties, equipment, furnishing and related mechanical and electrical work. Location of work is Whiteman Air Force Base, Knob Noster, Missouri. Estimted bid opening date is 17 September 1995. Construction performance is 500 calendar days. Estimated magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by this agency. A nonrefundable deposit of $100 is required per set. The deposit must be in the form of a certified or cashier's check or money order, made payable to U.S. Treasury. Only written requests for solicitations will be accepted.
