Y -- HEATING, VENTILATING, AND AIR CONDITIONING (HVAC) REHAB SOL DACW57-95-B-0060 DUE 091295 POC CONTRACT SPECIALIST, LESLIE CONKLIN, 503/326-6418 Provide rehabilitation for the heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems as partioned into three separate controlled zones at the North Pacific Division Material Laboratory located in Multnomah County, Oregon. Components of the systems to be provided include boilers, chiller, fan/coil units, pumps, piping, ductwork, controls, and power supply. Two of the three zones shall be provided with standard variable volume/temperature control systems. The third zone shall be provided with a very accurate variable air volume (VAV) system incorporating existing laboratory hoods into the design and final construction. Contractor shall prosecute the work diligiently and complete the entire work not later than 150 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed. The time stated for completion includes final cleanup of the premises. IFB available on or about August 10, 1995 at a cost of $30.00 per set. Tentative bid opening date is September 12, 1995. This procurement is open to both large and small business concerns, the size standard for which is a concern, including affiliates, having average annual sales or receipts of the preceeding three years not in excess of $7 million.
