The work for this project shall include all labor, materials and supplies necessary to construct approximately 330 SF of covered, raised concrete dock at the loading area of the building and construct a HCP parking area on the street adjacent to the building's main entrace and featuring a HCP lift, concrete ramps and entry door revisions. All work shall be performed in a manner which does not materially interfere with USPS operations. Construction cost range is between $150,000 to $170,000. Primary evaluation criteria to determine award will be proposal amount and previous owners references. The solicitation package will be available on or about August 1, 1995 at no cost; however, supply is limited.
