This IFB is for providing all labor, material, equipment and supervision, to build a 40,000 square foot (approximate) Deployable Medical Systems (DEP MED) training site at Ft. Sheridan, IL. When completed, the training site will consist of a fenced, lighted, gravel covered, square lot. Work consists of: top soil removal, subsoil removal, placement of sand and aggregate lifts (fill), compaction of same, installation of exterior electrical lighting and a chian link fence. Remedial landscaping and seeding will be also be necessary. Project magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000. A 20% bid bond is required. Requests for this IFB must be in writing accompanied by a non-refundable certified check, cashiers check or money order payable to the U.S. Treasury in the amount of $8.00 per IFB package.
