The work includes PaDOT ID-2 overlay; full depth asphalt plug/repairs; removal, replacement, and resetting concrete parking bumpers; pavement markings in POV parking area; PaDOT Type III and II Slurry Sealing in newer MVP parking area; modifications to existing storm drainage system at maintenance garage including new installation of new drain piping, installation of new storm drain manhole and oil water separator, plugging existing drains, and minor parking area recontouring to improve sheet flow characteristics; modifications to existing sanitary sewer system at maintenance garage including new sewer piping and new sanitary sewer manhole; modifications to existing water line system to install new hydrant at maintenance garage area; and security chain link fence removal and new fence installation with slide gate.
