Work includes furnishing all plant, labor, equipment and materials and
performing all operations necessary to provide and install new full
depth asphalt pavement, curb and gutter, concrete walk, new entrance
with railroad crossing, and new connection road. Provide the necessary
demolition, pavement removal and earthwork. Provide utility
relocations, drainage, and sand filter. Provide light fixtures,
conductors and conduit runs, light pole foundation with anchor bolts
for the parking lot lighting.--1 Job-- Estimated between $1,000,000 -
$5,000,000.-- The proposed procurement is being considered for 100%
set-aside for Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) concerns. Interested
SDB concerns should as early as possible but not later than 16 Aug 95,
indicate interest in this acquisition by providing the contracting
office above, evidence of capability to perform (including references
for similiar work with telephone numbers, point of contact and contract
numbers) and a positive statement of eligibility as a small socially
and economically disadvantaged business concern. If references and
eligibility statements are not submitted for each separate
solicitation, those SDB concerns will not be condidered in determining
the set-aside. If adequate interest is not received fron SDB concerns,
the solicitation will be issued as unrestricted without further notice.
