In general, the work will consist of removal of existing aggregates by spudding, metal ventilators, fans and other miscellaneous items, temporary removal of existing lightning protection systems as necessary to install new work, installation of a new retro-fit metal subframing system and new standing seam metal roof including all flashings, trim, gutters, downspouts, etc. for a complete job, painting of new work, installation of insulation between old and new roofs, installation of new fire alarm and heat detection systems, installation of new draftstopping, and installation of new lightning protection systems, and reinstallation/modification of existing systems. The performance period is 180 calendar days. Estimated dollar range is between $250,000 and $500,000. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency.
