To ALTER CORROSION CONTROL FACILITY, including but not limited to, a pre-engineered metal building on a reinforced concrete foundation, with structural steel framing, pre-finished metal siding at north end of existing corrosion control facility, 90702, site clearing, site preparation, utilities, electrical and other incidental work as may be necessary to make the facility operational. The work shall be fully complete in accordance with the contract documents. The work to be performed includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the following principal features: 1. Layout and establish at the site, the location of the building and supporting features including site utilities. 2. Layout and construct a reinforced concrete slab with integral footings. 3. Construct pre-finished metal siding building as shown by plans. 4. Layout and construct exterior walls including overhead door openings; layout and construct exterior wall doors, finishes, and trim; complete the exterior and interior of the building including mechanical and electrical systems. There is a non-refundable charge of $20.00 for each solicitation package. Make checks, money order or bank drafts payable to Accounting and Finance. NO CASH ACCEPTED. Only written requests will be accepted. The request and check, money order or bank draft must bear the solicitation number. This is an unrestricted acquisition.
