No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available from which payment for contract purposes can be made. Estimated cost of proposed maintenance work is between $250,000 and $500,000. Project completion no later than 360 calendar days after issuance of award. Project involves replacing existing medium pressure (45 psig) steam and condensate return distribution piping, direct-buried, class B pre-approved, originating at Boiler Plant (building 34) and terminating at building 48, 50, 52, 54 and 58. Replace existing steam valve manhole. Replace existing duplex condensate transfer pumps in building 50. Site work shall include repair of existing asphalt roads, sidewalks, curbs, gutters, turf and shrubs along the proposed piping alignment. Architectural finishes affected by the work shall be patched to match existing. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the Agency.
