Z -- DOG RUN RENOVATION, LAWRENCEVILLE CAMPUS, LAWRENCEVILLE, GEORGIA SOL 95-192 POC Contact Leroy King at (404)842-6510 Z-Provide all necessary labor, tools, equipment, materials and transportation to Renovate Dog Run at CDC Lawrenceville Facility, Building ''B'', Webb Gin House Road. Work includes but is not limited to: (1) Minor, selective demolition to permit new installations. (2) Installation of high-build epoxy floor system. (3) Construction of small shed structure (8.5 square meters) composed of slab-on-grade, CMU walls, and metal roof framing and metal roofing. (4) Incidental plumbing and electrical requirements. (5) Replacement of existing chain link fabric and refurbish existing fence framing. This procurement is unrestricted. Cost range for this requirement is between $25,000 and $100,000. Bid bonds will be required. Subsequently, Payment and Performance bonds will be required from the successful Offeror. Solicitation 95-192 will be available on or about August 16, 1995 for a nonrefundable fee of $15.00 per package. Only written request with payment will be honored.
