Item Description: The Commercial Non-Developmental Item (NDI) Pusher Tug shall be of steel construction, hull and superstructure. There shall be two main diesel propulsion systems and two gensets. The Pusher Tug shall be configured for pushing, and stern, and hip tows. It shall not exceed 60 feet in length overall and shall possess a maximum draft of 8 feet when fully loaded. Accomodations and outfittings shall be provided for a five man crew. It shall be built to American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) standards and shall meet the certification requirements of the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG), Occupational Safety and Health Administration, (OSHA). A five year Indefinite Quantity, Firm Fixed Price contract is contemplated. The minimum and maximum quantity for each year will be 1 each and 12 each, respectively. An initial quantity of 1 each will be awarded in the first ordering period. FOB Point: Origin. First delivery is due 540 days after contract award. There is no procurement history available.
