The Naval Hospital, Rota, Spain has a requirement for 3 EA Embalming tables, Shandon Lipshaw Model AN-95 or equal. The tables must be compatible with the Shandon-Lipshaw Embalming Station (Model AN-96) currently in place in the mortuary. The table must have down draft capability, include table length exhaust ducts to connect with an existing outside exhaust system, and meet required OSHA and Industrial Hygiene Standards in reducing carcinogenic hazards to operating staff personnel. Delivery is required at the Naval Construction Battalion Center, Gulfport, MS, within 45 days after effective date of order. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be issued 15 days from the date this notice is published. Award will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures to the quote offering the lowest overall cost to the Government for equipment meeting the specifications in the RFQ. Requests must be submitted in writing, FAX requests are acceptable (FAX 601-871-3212). No telephone requests will be accepted.
