The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD) China Lake, CA intends to procure on a sole source basis a modification of a Government owned shaker, Ling Electroncs Model A335B which includes modification of the shaker trunnion assembly, manufacture of mounting upright, and machining the mounting uprights to within .002 inch for alignment with a Government owned Team brand vibration table. Additionally, repair and rewind the armature, remaching of the coil face, repair of the field coils and reassembly into the shaker are required. Equipment modification will be procured from Ling Electronics, Anaheim, CA, the original equipment manufacturer, since the company's technical specifications are proprietary, but are required to complete the modifications and repairs.
