Replace refrigeration system in the five (5) coolers. Recoat ceilings in two (2) coolers with hydrox coating. Install five (5) new refrigerator doors in place of existing doors. Hang five (5) new evaporators and set five (5) new condensing units on roof. Run 25 feet of new pipe per box. Make all utility connections. Start up and test equipment. Munson Hospital is responsible for proper size utilities within 5 feet of connections. Site visit will apply to this quote. This action will be 100% set aside for small business. Applicable SIC is 7623. Size standard is $3.5 million annual average gross revenue for 3 years.
