99 -- BIOMEDICAL WASTE REMOVAL SOL 635-65-96 DUE 091595 POC Contact Point, Melvin Malave, (405)270-5118 This Medical Center is soliciting for the provision of professional services for the removal and incineration of biomedical waste, Department of Veterans Affairs, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Services shall include packing, transporting and incinerating of biomedicla waste. All services shall be performed in accordance with Rules and Regulations of the State of Oklahoma, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, the Department of Transportation, andother applicable authorities. The quantity for removal will be approximately 50,000 lbs per year, however, no maximum or minimum quantity is guaranteed. Effective date for services is 10/1/95 through 9/30/96 with three (3) option years. Solicitation package will be ready for qualified concerns on or about 8/15/95.
