Powell Contracting Officer, 817/334-4813. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and chemicals to inspect, operate and maintain water and wastewater facilities at Lavon Lake. The term of the contract will consist of a one-year base contract period and two one-year renewal options. The solicitation will issue on or about 18 September 1995 with bid opening on or about 18 October 1995. This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. See Note 1.
