Vessel availability schedule is for 21 days per vessel, with first vessel starting on or about 18 November 1995. There will be a non-refundable charge required in the form of a certified check or money order made payable to the U.S. Coast Guard in the amount of $100.00 for requested U.S. Coast Guard specification reference drawings. Plans and specifications will be issued on or after 30 May 1995. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the United States Coast Guard.
