Magee, (202)260-6455 The U.S. EPA intends to enter into a sole-source contract to upgrade the data system on a Finnigan MAT model TSQ 70B Triple Stage Quadrupole Mass Spectrometer to the latest OEM version. The contractor shall provide hardware, software and expertise to install and demonstrate operation of the complete TSQ system, including data system control of mass spectrometer and inlet system operating parameters, and provide a 90-day warranty on the new parts. The Finnigan Mat Model TSQ 70B Triple Stage Quadrupole Mass Spectrometer is located at the EPA's National Enforcement Investigations Centers, Office of Enforcement and Compliance Assurance in Denver, CO. A Firm Fixed Price contract is contemplated with a delivery date of November 1995. NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE. All interested parties must respond within 15 days of the publication of this announcement. All interested parties shall submit a written response, which shall include at a minimum, (1) technical information on the proposed product and services which clearly support the requirements outline above and; (2) provide estimated pricing and supporting cost data that is sufficient to make a reasonable determination that competition is feasible.
