The project consists of furnishing manpower, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to construct approximately 35,000 new square feet of mail sort and related office facilities at the Processing and Distribution Center, Memphis, TN in accordance with furnished plans and specifications. The project will include, but not limited to, mechanical and electrical work to tie into and extend required utility systems to the new building construction and related site work, demolition, new construction consists of concrete footings and slab on grade, painted structural steel framing with composite concrete roof deck, interior face painted concrete unit masonry, with applied insulation, as backing for architectural ribbed-split face concrete unit masonry for exterior finish, translucent wall panels, insulation on concrete roof deck, and a modified bitumen roofing system. Other items of work or HVAC equipment, Look-out-gallery system, renovations to the women's toilet room, and constructing a new parking facility at a site located at South Main and Webster. Issue date for the above project is July 31, 1995. Return date for the above project is August 31, 1995. Performance Time is 345 days. Estimated Cost Range is $3,500,000 to $4,200,000.
