Work consists of furnishing all labor, supplies, materials, supervision, transportation, and equipment required to complete alteration and repair of the Skills Development Center, Building 610 at Nellis AFB, NV. Work will include, but is not limited to, general demolition; asbestos and lead-based paint removal; structural alteration; dust collection system; and new construction of entry, room addition, standing seam metal mansard roof, exterior insulation and finish system, interior walls, doors, windows, interior finishes, asphalt paving, concrete pads/walkways/planters, electrical, plumbing, HVAC system, and fire alarm/sprinkler system, and dust collection system. The estimated dollar value of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000 with a performance period of 150 calendar days. The applicable SIC for this acquisition is 1542 with a three year average annual small business size standard of $17 million. The proposed contract listed here is a partial Nonappropriated Fund (NAF) purchase. NAF funds are generated by the military community through the sale of goods and services and the collection of fees and charges for participation in military community programs. This purchase does not involve Federal tax dollars. All firms, including small and small disadvantaged business concerns, shall be given maximum practical opportunity to compete for award of NAF contracts.
