Construction of Multi-Purpose Training Range at Camp Shelby, Mississippi. Construction will consist of building tank trails, firing positions, and target positions. Target positions consist of 45 stationary personnel targets, 20 stationary armor, and 4 mounting armor targets. This range will be equipped with RETS Targetry by a separate contract. Supporting facilities to be constructed shall consist of a control tower, operation and storage building, bleacher enclosure, covered mess shelter, ammunition loading dock, latrines, central instruction building, MCOFT site, and vehicle holding area. This range is a live fire tank range which will be constructed on an existing range at Camp Shelby. The duration of construction will be approximately 20 months. The estimated construction cost is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) is 1629. The applicable small business size standard including affiliates is not more than $17 million average annual revenue for the previous three years.
