EMV-95-B-0367 POC Stephany Bayne, 540/542-2832 The proposed procurement
is for the removal of five 1,500 gallon single wall steel #2 fuel oil
underground storage tanks at separate buildings and replace with four
2,000 gallon and one 4,000 gallon #2 fuel oil double wall underground
storage tanks. The tank removal work shall comply with Virginia
680-13-02 UST technical standards. The work shall be accomplished in
accordance with nationally accepted codes. Prospective Contractors are
required to possess a Virginia Class A license to submit a bid in
response to this solicitation. The Contractor's primary business shall
be installation of service station type fueling systems. The
Government's estimated price range for the work is between $250,000.00
and $500,000.00. Construction will take place at the FEMA Mt. Weather
Emergency Assistance Center, 19844 Blue Ridge Mountain Rd. (State Rt.
601), Bluemont, Loudoun County, Virginia. A firm-fixed-price
construction contract is anticipated to be awarded. A Prebid Conference
and Site Visit will be scheduled, the exact date and time will be
identified in the solicitation, Section L. The period of performance
will be 360 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. The
solicitation, to include specifications and drawings, will be made
available upon WRITTEN request submitted to: FEMA, Mt. Weather
Emergency Assistance Center, 19844 Blue Ridge Mountain Rd., Attn:
Stephany Bayne, Bldg. 413, Bluemont, VA 22012 and a $25.00
non-refundable deposit. Checks shall be made payable to: U.S.
