includes all supervision, labor, transportation, materials and
equipment required to provide and install street lights and incidental
related work. Estimated range is between $25,000 and $100,000. The
small business size standard applicable to this contract is 1731 and
the annual size standard is $7.0 million. Contract duration period is
150 calendar days. This is an unrestricted procurement IAW Public Law
100-656. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be
