Postal Service is soliciting contractors for site improvements, including fencing, lighting, storm sewer work, new asphalt and concrete paving at the subject facility. The U. S. Postal Service intends to award a contract, subject to funding, to the responsible offeror whose proposal, conforming to the solicitation, will be the most advantageous to the Postal Service. The construction cost range is $215,000.00 to $235,000.00. Evaluation factors in addition to price to be considered are as follows: (1) Paving experience; (2) Financial stability; (3) Owners references, and; (4) Schedule. Plans and speci- fication will be available on or about August 4, 1995. Plans and speci- fication will be provided for a non-refundable cost of $10.00.
