The Naval Special Warfare Development Group requires one relocatable and expandable precast concrete building, Class 3 Property, Easi-span 20' x 40' x 10'5'' high exterior, color: washed brown riverstone aggregate, steel reinforced, polypropylene fiber reinforced concrete, eight (8) duplex inside receptacles, six (6) 4' (4) bulb fluorescent lights, one (1) light switch, 16 pint dehumidifier, EMT conduit wiring, 100 amp panel, one (1) double opening steel door and frame 6'0'' x 6'8'' x 1 3/4'', 18 gauge metal doors with honey comb core, doors to be bonderized and painted one coat of rust inhibitive primer and one finish coat. Building shall meet the following Codes and Standards: Standard Live Roof Load: 40 psf, Standard Wind Load: 27 psf (130 mph), ACI-318-89, ``Building code requirements for reinforced concrete'', Concrete Reinforcing Institute, ``Manual of Standard Practice'', ASCE-7-88, ``Building Code Requirements for Minimum Design Loads in Buildings and Other Structures''. Fabricator must be producer member of National Precast Concrete Association (NPCA) and participate in its Plant Certification Program.
