The Dahlgren Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWCDD), Dahlgren, Va, intends to negotiate on a sole-source basis with Green Hills Software, Lexington, MA, for six copies of Green Hills AdaMULTI Software Development Environment with PowerPC family optimizing Ada cross compiler/assembler/linker targeting PowerPC under VxWorks, two copies of Green Hills SPARC family optimizing Ada native compiler targeting SPARC under SunOS, two copies of Green Hills PowerPC family optimizing C cross compiler targeting PowerPC under VxWorks, two copies of Green Hills SPARC family optimizing C native compiler targeting SPARC under SunOS, and 24 months maintenance and technical support for each of these software products. The software must run under UNIX, target PowerPC under the VxWorks operating system, allow code and debug in multiple languages in a single application.
