The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, Dahlgren, Virginia intends to procure Low Level Serial (LLS) Interface Chipsets for expansion of the MK 38/39 cabinets, in support of the AEGIS Weapons System. The requirement is for two types of chipsets, which comply with MIL-STD-1397, in quantities of 60 each. The first is a Type E, 10 MHZ LLS Interface Chip, specification cross-referenced to Aeroflex Circuit Technology P/N CT1698 or equivalent. The second is a Type D & E LLS Interface Protocol Chip, specifications cross-referenced to Aeroflex Circuit Technology P/N CT2500 or equivalent. Delivery is required to the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, 17320 Dahlgren Road, Dahlgren, Virginia, within 30 days of award of contract.
