Ellis, (804)230-1348 The VAMC, Richmond, VA intends to purchase an interactive voice response system to be fully intergrated with DHCP operating on a 486 platform. It is required APPOINTMENT, CONFIRM, and REFILL applications be already proven and operational at other VAMC's. The system must be written in MUMPS, and use VA standard networking inlcuding DDP and Ethernet. Report must be in VA standard fileman, Reports and system parameter changes must be available from any terminal or printer in the VAMC. The system must be totally turnkey in nature and there must be no programming required by VA personnel. Firms meeting these qualifications may request the solicitation.
