A -- ENGINEERING SUPPORT TO MCDONNELL DOUGLAS HELICOPTER SYSTEMS IN FULFILLMENT OF GOVERNMENT ENGINEERING/TECHNICAL SUPPORT OBLIGATIONS AS REQUIRED WITHIN THE CRADA. Reference Cooperative Research and Development Agreement (CRADA) signed 03 Nobember 1994 between Longbow Joint Venture (JV) and McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Systems. Proposed acquisition of engineering support services to maintain Fire Control Radar (FCR) aircraft interface integrity, performance, and prototype hardware. The Loingbow Joint Venture will provide engineering and other technical services in support of Government directed changes, analyses, verifications, and/or flight operation activities. The JV will provide to MDHS in the fulfillment of government engineering/technical support obligations as required in the CRADA. There is no technical data package and a solicitation will not be issued. Opportunity for subcontracting with the prime contractor, Longbow Joint Veture, is the basis for the synopsis. SEE Note 22.
