Products covered (HS or CCCN where applicable, otherwise national tariff heading. ICS numbers may be provided in addition, where applicable): Electric hybrid bicycles. 5. Title and number of pages of the notified document: Establishment of type authorization system for electric hybrid bicycles (available in Japanese, 1 page). 6. Description of content: A manufacturer or seller of electric hybrid bicycles can get the authorization by the National Public Safety Commission that his/her bicycles comply with the standards under the Prime Minister's Office Order. 7. Objective and rationale: Assistance of consumer's judgement and facilitation of type authorization system for electric hybrid bicycles. 8.
