Barges located at Naval Weapons Station, Concord, CA. Overhaul will include blast and paint in accordance with the specification contained in Section C of the solicitation. Three (3) of the barges require additional structural modifications in accordance with the specifications to allow for ammunition storage. Government will pick up and deliver barges to the contractor's facility within the Bay Area only. Offerors proposing the work be performed outside the San Francisco Bay Area will be responsible for pickup and delivery of the barges. Notes 1 and 12 apply.
