This contract is to provide property management and administration services to operate one or more multifamily properties which may consist of residential properties, retirement service center(s), nursing home(s) and/or hospitals and may include commercial space as well as residential. The project(s) assigned may be either HUD owned, where HUD has title, or Mortgagee-in-Possession (MIP), where HUD does not have title but as mortgagee has taken over management and operation. If this contract covers MIP project(s), HUD does not warrant that such project(s) will become HUD owned. Currently, the solicitation will be issued for multi-family properties in the states of California, Nevada, Arizona and Hawaii with a possibility of four additional states (Alaska, Washington, Idaho, and Oregon).
