BUSINESS PLAN DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM: SIX SESSIONS TUESDAYS AND THURSDAYS: SEPT 12, SEPT 14, SEPT 19, SEPT 21, SEPT 26, SEPT 28. Northern Virginia SBDC, 4031 University Dr, Fairax, Virginia, Time: 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. This program is designed to assist participants in understanding the components of writing of a sound business plan. The interactive design of the program allows for maximum instructor/participant involvement and full utilization of all available resources. Follow up one-on-one counseling is available; as business plan is being completed by each individual small business owner, it will be reviewed and evaluated. Topics include sources of information, marketing plans, segmentation and research, sales forecasting, financial and legal considerations, preparing a financial forecast and presenting to the management team.
