Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, material, transportation, equipment and supervision necessary to perform in accordance with the statement of work. Base year of service is 12 months and 1 12-month option is available. This acquisition has been set-aside 100% for small business under SIC Code 7349 ($12,000,000.00 average annual receipts over a 3-year period).
