The FAA has a requirement for acquisition of initial qualification, recurrent, flight training, and supplementary pilot training applicable to the Dornier DO-328 aircraft. The FAA anticipates a Firm-Fixed-Price Indefinite Delivery/Requirements type contract consisting of a Base Year and two renewable one-year options. Estimated annual requirement (EAR) for initial qualification Pilot Training is 2 pilots/inspectors; EAR for recurrent pilot training is 2 pilots/inspectors; EAR for flight training is 3 pilots/inspectors; and supplementary training will be acquired on an ''as needed'' basis.
