of at least 35 meters in maximum span length as superstructure of a
steel bridge, using the traveler crane bent method. Note: only
Construction projects in which bidders have had a 20 percent or greater
share of involvement are eligible for consideration; 5) firms that can
assign, during the on-site Construction period, a full-time chief
engineer or Engineering supervisor who meets the following criteria: a)
is qualified as a certified First-class Construction supervisor or
equivalent or higher; B) has -- since 1985, as the main contractor --
had on-site experience with a project as described in item (4) above;
and C) in the case of Engineering supervisor, is qualified to supervise
designated Construction work; 6) firms not currently suspended from
designation by the director of the Chugoku Regional Construction
Bureau; and 7) firms not related by capital or personnel to the
