Work includes furnishing all plant, labor, equipment and materials and performing all opera:ZKo necessary to remove existing ceiling grid and tiles and replace with new grid and tiles. Provide miscellaneous cutting and patching of finishes. Remove three (3) existing air handling units with associated ductwork, piping and controls. Remove the high temperature tube-in-shell heat exchanger with associated piping and controls. Provide new direct digital control (DDC) system for automatic temperature controls. The new system shall be able to communication with the existing Landis & Gyr/Powers EMCS located in Hangar I.--1 Job-- Estimated between $1,000,000 - $5,000,000.-- The proposed procurement is being considered for 100% set-aside for Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) concerns. Interested SDB concerns should as early as possible but not later than 18 Aug 95, indicate interest in this acquisition by providing the contracting office above, evidence of capability to perform (including references for similiar work with telephonePw}{(W oint of contact and contract numbers) and a positive statement of eligibility as a small socially and economically disadvantaged business concern. If references and eligibility statements are not submitted for each separate solicitation, those SDB concerns will not be condidered in determining the set-aside.
