The Housing Authority of the City of St. Petersburg (HACSP) is accepting sealed bids until 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 30, 1995 at 325 Martin Luther King Street South, St. Petersburg, Florida 33705 for the installation of air conditioning units for the Clearview Housing Complex at 3200 37th Avenue North, St. Petersburg, Florida (22 units) and the James Park Housing Complex at 1051 3rd Avenue North, St. Petersburg, Florida (82 units). Project numbers FL2-5. A bid package may be obtained with a $10 non-refundable fee at the St. Petersburg Housing Authority. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 325 Martin Luther King Street South, St. Petersburg, Florida on Wednesday, August 16, 1995 at 10:00 a.m. A site visit will be arranged following the meeting. Contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive bidder whose bid meets the minimum requirements of the invitation to bid.
