The contractor will be required to remove existing cove base and glued down carpet from sleeping rooms, offices, and lounges. The contractor will also be required to furnish and install approximately 1800 square yards of Mohawk, Hobnail II, Opal HOB/603 carpet and 4 inch high black vinyl cove base, Armstrong Brand or equivalent. This solicitation will be awarded under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures and is set aside for Small Business Concerns. This is a short notice requirement, proposals are due by 21 August 1995.
