Work consists of rehabilitating approximately 21 miles of roads including removal of metal culverts, construction of waterbars, and seeding and fertilizing disturbed worksites and the travelway. Where required, travelway seedbed will be prepared and wheeltracks will be ripped. Straw mulch without tack will be required at disturbed sites. Issue date, August 16, 1995. The Notice to Proceed will be issued approximately July 1, 1996, with an estimated completion date of October 15, 1996. The Government price estimate range is between S25,000 and S100,000.
