The required piece of equipment must be fully compatible and interoperable with the existing hardware configuration. Authority for this Sole Source Procurement, for other than full and open competition, is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source. Responsible sources who are interested in this procurement may respond by providing clear and convincing information that will show that their equipment will be compatible with DMA's existing hardware configuration.
