The National Institutes of Health intends to procure on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 13.106(a) the following analysis; a requirement for a contractor to conduct an analysis of current data available in their databases on neuroscience research demographics (including age, gender, race/ethnicity, and geographical location), research areas (training, interests, activities, productivity, and resources), other professional activities (teaching, and local/national service), and an analysis of problems or barriers that exist within the research field.
