Bond, Contracting Officer, 202/663-4270 This requirement shall provide EEOC Information Resource Management Services (IRMS) staff with direct access to senior Novell support engineers. The services to be provided include: Account Management, support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, priority access, access to premium support engineers, Network Support Encyclopedia Professional Volume (NSEPro) on CD-ROM, and Proactive Technical Information Service. The service shall be comprehensive to include all product groups using 6 customer contacts and having unlimited support credits. Software included is: all software in the PerfectOffice suite (WordPerfect, Quattro Pro, Presentations, and Envoy); all software in the GroupWare category to include GroupWise (all components), Informs, SoftSolutions, and MHS; and all connectivity and communication. The period of performance will be from October 1, 1995 through September 30, 1996. The proposed contract action is for services which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source. See Numbered Note 22. (0212)
