The contract shall be for a period of one year from the date of award. Only written request for solicitation packages shall be honored. Offerors must have, or be able to have prior to 9-15-95, a base of operations office located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Texas Metroplex. Only those request for solicitation packages which state that they have or will have an office located in the required area will be honored.
