The contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment and miscellaneous resources required to construct the project as detailed on the plans and specifications. The scope of work involves the expansion of existing computer based control and telemetry equipment to monitor and controls various HVAC equipment in numerous buildings on the NDANG BASE. Remote Telemetry Units (RTU's) will be installed in the respective buildings which will report via radio communications to the master controller and personal computer based operator interface. This operator terminal will be programmed with graphic displays for all floor plans as well as historical trending graphs for individual points where applicable. There is an existing master controller as well as RTU's which remain intact. The new work will be a large scale expansion of the existing system. The various HVAC equipment will be connected to the RTU's interfaces to the existing HVAC equipment will include such devices as pressure switches, auxillary contacts, sail switches, and temperature sensors. Existing electrical meters will be mentioned to provide real-time monitorying of electrical usage. Work will be completed within 120 days of receipt of the NTP (Notice to Proceed). Estimated price range for the project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00.
