Z -- RENOVATE BUILDING 1 TOWER SOL 542-14-95 DUE 091595 POC Contracting Officer, John Cox, (215)383-0203 The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision for the Renovation of the Building 1 Tower, (exterior only) at the VA Medical Center, Coatesville, PA. Work includes removal of existing aluminum siding, aluminum capping, aluminum facia and aluminum soffit from all four sides of the Building 1 Tower. Work also includes the installation of new vinyl siding, aluminum capping, aluminum facia, aluminum soffit and removal of existing wooden baluster and replacement with a new fiberglass baluster. This solicitation for bids is unrestricted and available for full and open competition. Bid packages will be issued to prime contractors only and will be distributed on a first come first serve basis. Once the initial supply is exhausted, no more will be available. All requests for solicitation packages must be in writing. No phone-in requests will be accepted. Requests for copies of this solicitation package must be postmarked not later than 15 days from the date of publication in the CBD. This project is estimated to cost between $25,000 and $100,000. Copies of the Planholder's List will be mailed and not faxed to any firms requesting copies of this list. Award of this project is subject to the availability of funds.
