Postal Service is soliciting contractors for the remodel and rework of the existing post office box lobby, service lobby, and service counter area to provide a new ''Store of the Future'' lobby. Work will be phased to maintain the daily operations of the post office during construction. The U. S. Postal Service intends to award a contract to the responsible offeror whose proposal, conforming to the solicitation, will be the most advantageous to the Postal Service. The construction cost range is $275,000.00 to $325,000.00. Evaluation factors in addition to price to be considered are as follows: (1) Owner's references; (2) Experience; (3) Past performance, and (4) Financial stability. Plans and specification will be available on or about August 4, 1995. Plans and specification will be provided for a non-refundable cost of $30.00.
