ea). It is the government's belief that Motorola is the only
manufacturer capable of meeting the minimum needs of the government.
Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities to
respond to this requirement by submitting technical and pricing data
within 15 calendar days from the publication date of this synopsis.
Information received as a result of this notice of intent will be
considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a
competitive procurement. A determination by the government not to open
the requirement for competition based upon responses to the notice is
soley within the discretion of the government. The government will not
pay for information received. All responses must be in writing. FAX

responses must include the 4-digit zip code, If no acceptable responses
are received from interested parties, the government will issue a
delivery order against Motorola GSA schedule for the purchase of the
items listed above. The solicitation will be issued on or about 31 AUG
